VIVA 365 Insurance Brokers Limited was founded in 2013. It was known as Platinum Micro Insurance Brokers as it was initially set up to service the needs of consumers at the bottom end of the pyramid who otherwise would not have access to Insurance products.

However, in 2014, a strategic decision was made to extend the business and offer all types of Insurance covers that cater for Individuals, Groups and Organizations. The company is registered by the Insurance Regulatory Authority to operate as a broker in Kenya.
